In a significant development for renewable energy enthusiasts, Suzlon, a leading name in renewable energy solutions, has clinched a major deal with Juniper Green Energy. This collaboration entails Suzlon supplying wind turbines and spearheading the project, which has resulted in a notable surge of 5% in Suzlon’s shares on March 7.

Suzlon’s Latest Venture with Juniper Green Energy

Suzlon has landed a substantial project from Juniper Green Energy, a commendable stride forward in the realm of renewable energy initiatives. The project encompasses Suzlon’s responsibility for developing a 72.45 MW wind power project for Juniper Green Energy. The project will be situated at the Dwarka district in Gujarat and will feature the installation of 23 wind turbine generators (WTGs) equipped with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower, each boasting a rated capacity of 3.15 MW.

Positive Market Response

This significant milestone for Suzlon has garnered a positive market response, with Suzlon’s shares witnessing a notable 5% surge following the announcement. At 11.50 am, Suzlon’s shares were valued at Rs 40.6 apiece on the BSE, marking a considerable uptick compared to the previous session’s closing price.

Strategic Collaboration Details

As part of the agreement between Suzlon and Juniper Green Energy, Suzlon will not only supply the wind turbines but also oversee the entire project execution, including erection and commissioning. Additionally, Suzlon will extend comprehensive operations and maintenance services post-commissioning, ensuring the seamless functioning of the wind power project.
